Growth Deals

Growth Deals, through the Local Growth Fund, provide funds to Local Enterprise Partnerships for projects that benefit the local area and economy. Through three separate awards, Cornwall and Isles of Scilly LEP has successfully secured £78.23m in Growth Deal funding, with expected benefits of 5,000 jobs and 7,000 homes.

Getting Building Fund

Getting Building Fund

The government announced a £900 million Getting Building Fund in June 2020 to deliver jobs, skills and infrastructure across the country. This investment is being targeted in areas facing the biggest economic challenges as a result of the pandemic.

The Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Growth Programme is the European economic regeneration programme for the region running for the period 2014-2020. The Growth Programme is funded through the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) and is worth over €600 million.

Isles of Scilly Voucher Scheme

Isles of Scilly Voucher Scheme

The Voucher Scheme programme on the Isles of Scilly is a £1.36 million investment fund, financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). Financial support is available for businesses from a minimum of £1,000 to a maximum of £100,000. Support will require some match funding by applicants the proportion of which will depend on your project plans and programme requirements.

Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Investment Fund

The Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) has worked in partnership with the British Business Bank to create the £40 million Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Investment Fund for the CIoS LEP area.
